By purchasing, accessing, or engaging with artworks, prints, or digital content from ITUVERSE, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities as a collector, customer, or viewer of the artist’s work.

2. Artwork and Product Information

All artworks and limited edition prints are produced, signed, and certified by the artist. Colours and details may vary slightly depending on display settings or materials. Each edition is limited and will not be reproduced once the edition is sold out.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. ITUVERSE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 3-5 weeks. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier services. For full details, please refer to the [Shipping Policy].

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the limited and collectible nature of the artworks, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details so we can assist with an insurance claim or replacement (if available).

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and text under ITU MATLAKALA are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a print or artwork does not grant reproduction rights. Collectors may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the artwork in any form, including digital reproductions, without written permission from the artist.

7. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal information collected during purchases (such as names, emails, or addresses) is used solely for order processing and communication. Data will never be sold or shared with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

ITU MATLAKALA and Itumeleng Matlakala are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Liability is limited to the cost of the item purchased.

9. Changes to Terms

ITUVERSE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the site or purchases after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
