Shipping Policy

Each artwork is handled with care to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. All prints are professionally packaged, securely protected, and shipped with tracking and insurance.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 weeks from the date of purchase. This allows time for quality checks, artist signing, and secure packaging. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

Domestic (South Africa): Shipped via trusted courier partners with tracking. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International: Shipped via DHL or equivalent international courier. Delivery times vary by destination but usually take 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Packaging
All fine art prints are shipped unframed and carefully rolled in acid-free tissue and a sturdy mailing tube, or flat-packed for smaller formats. Each shipment includes your certificate of authenticity and any applicable documentation.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the collector. We recommend checking your local import regulations before purchasing.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the very rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will assist in arranging a replacement or insurance claim as applicable.
