Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Each ITUVERSE artwork is produced in limited edition, signed, and authenticated. Once sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, contact itumelengmatlakala@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. Eligible cases will be reviewed, and a replacement or insurance claim will be arranged where possible.

No refunds for change of mind, order errors, or shipping delays beyond our control.
